Hands down best chile on the shelves. Bueno foods, 505 brand (from Colorado, btw), cant hold a candle to 575 Fresh Chile. I live in L.A. born in Albuquerque, so we always buy a couple sacks, roast, and freeze for the year. This year, I missed the window. I came across this brand, and let me let you, I'm glad I did. The green (Matador) extra hot is amazing. This chile tastes exactly like what we've been eating for generations.

I’ve been watching Randy’s videos on Facebook and I had to order the 575 Christmas 6 pack. I ordered on Wednesday this week and it arrived today, Friday. 12/22/23. I ate about 1/4 of a jar of green with dinner. This stuff is great! I can’t wait to open a red. I’ll be trying the other products in the future. Thanks so much for making such a great product.
I order two 25 lb. boxes of hot Sandia chiles each year and roast them in my handmade roaster. It's the only way that I can get the chiles I want (hot).
I found The Fresh Chile co during the Pandemic, I was trying to find non tomato based enchiladas sauce and ran across them on Facebook. Randy and his Family and Employees are truly the greatest. I work in retail and they are the best in customer service and the highest quality food products I’ve ever bought. I joined the cooking site and enjoy posting recipes, I even made it into the first cookbook. We have ordered multiple times, and enjoy the new products they keep coming up with. The Fresh Chile brand is on our table daily.
Good stuff, but chile rellenos should have a warning label. They have orange chile in them that is hot as a mofo! At nearly $40 a bag they should warn you too hot to eat..
I tried calling store today but phone recordings wont allow you to talk to humans.
I am not complaining, as the rest of the items we tried where great.

Both boxes arrived in good shape - zero loss on the green, about 5-10% on the red (which happens). The only issue I have is the green is not hot - seems like its big jim not the hot I ordered. It was marked extra hot but is pretty mild - medium. Perhaps got mixed up during harvest. Thanks for bringing some of the land of enchantment (my homeland) to this far corner of the states (vermont).
